What facilities do you have on site?
We offer a variety of activities on-site car parking, covered tables, and a viewing tank with rare Speckled (Panda), Albino and Golden Barramundi. We also have a café that specialises in showcasing barra dishes, fish and chips, gyoza and sashimi, and cold drinks and souvenirs and merchandise. There are toilet facilities for guests to enjoy.
Are the fish easy to catch?
Our Barramundi are wild creatures that can't be trained to jump on hooks, and they behave like river specimens with the time of day, position of the moon, weather and other factors affecting their desire to chase. Anglers will be impressed with the fight.
Why are there set time for the fishing sessions?
The Barramundi fishing tours are conducted at set times to ensure the crew has enough time and space to provide an intro and give tips. If you arrive outside of the scheduled sessions, guides will provide assistance and get you fishing as soon as possible, subject to availability. Extra hours of fishing can be purchased on site or online, but this is subject to Availability.
How much do the 1 hour Fishing tours cost?
Fishing rates from 1 April 2022 are $60, child fishing $50, non-fishing general admission $10, and take home $16.50 per kilo.
