Perfect, we will teach you everything you need to know, from surfing all the way to the beach to weather patterns, rips, tides and everything else in between.

You don&rsquo;t have to be Ian Thorpe to learn how to surf, although basic swimming capability is needed, especially when you gain more confidence as a surfer. But don&rsquo;t worry you will be supervised at all times.

A reasonable level of fitness is required when learning how to surf.

Definitely, the tours are for everyone. We will be able to offer you advanced coaching to improve your technique and take you to where the waves are going off!

Your accommodation at the surf camp is in self-contained eco villas, which are part of the Couran Cove Resort. All the eco villas have 2+ bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a common area to chill out, and with&nbsp;2 &ndash; 4 people per room, it offers plenty of space.&nbsp;With your accommodation, you will also be given a bike to explore the whole island with.&nbsp;

Your hassle-free stay has all of your food&nbsp;taken care of, providing you with three&nbsp;healthy meals every day, including continental&nbsp;breakfast, nutritious lunch and hearty dinner, along with all&nbsp;snacks and water to keep you going in between.&nbsp;There are also restaurants and cafes on site. All types of dietary requirements can be accommodated for so&nbsp;please advise at the time of booking.

Your daily itinerary involves a 2-hour group surfing lesson,&nbsp;experiencing&nbsp;the thrill as you learn the best tips and techniques to get you surfing all the way to the beach. A morning yoga/surf warm-up will get your body ready before you hit the waves.&nbsp;All coaches/surf instructors are fully accredited and qualified. We only handpick the best of the best &mdash; passionate and fun-loving people with the knowledge and experience to teach you all you need to know and have fun in the process. Take home a professional photography pack with those awesome moments captured so you can prove to your friends back home you can surf!

Also enjoyed daily is a 1-hour stand up paddleboarding lesson and tour along the island&#39;s coastline, watching the setting sun over the horizon.&nbsp;Along the way, enjoy the chance&nbsp;to spot local marine life including dolphins, turtles, manta rays and even dugongs.&nbsp;

 
This is more than just a surf camp as your time out of the water is as much fun as your time in the water. The Operator reserves the right to evict anyone at any time that does not comply with these terms and conditions with no refund.

You as the customer acknowledge that there are risks with surfing, surf camps, entering the ocean and traveling including driving in a different country. All of these factors can present particular dangers to you and your wellbeing. This could result in injury to you or other customers.

&nbsp;

By the full extent permitted by Australian law, The Operator is excluded from any liability to the customer and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the customer arising from or connected with any activity or van hire conducted by The Operator no matter how that injury, damage or loss is caused. 
Every customer is responsible for their own property that they bring on our tours. The Operator will endeavour to provide locked storage for valuable items and documents such as passports. The Operator does not accept any liability for loss, theft or damage of these items whilst in storage or at any time during our tours.

THE TOURS 
All customers participating in The Operator&rsquo;s surf camps, surf lessons, surf coaching, activities, surf van hire do so at their own risk. 
The customer must abide by all instructions given by The Operator&rsquo;s staff at all times. The customer agrees not to disrupt or interfere with other customers and only operate in a safe and secure manner at all times. 
The customer acknowledges that The Operator reserves the right to cancel, change or relocate one of our tours operated by us at any stage. If it is deemed by an Operator&rsquo;s employee to be too dangerous to continue a tour or activity they will be relocated or cancelled for the day. The customer acknowledges that weather conditions cannot be controlled by The Operator and agrees that The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience to the customer or customers&rsquo; property if such a situation arises. 
The customer acknowledges that cancellation of a tour or activity can happen at any time and agrees that there will be no refund. The customer also agrees that The Operator has the exclusive right to exclude any customer from the camp or tour at any time at The Operator&rsquo;s own discretion. &nbsp;The customer also agrees that The Operator will make a decision on whether a partial refund is applicable to the customer at this time.

&nbsp;

EQUIPMENT 
The customer agrees to pay in full for any damage caused to The Operator&rsquo;s equipment or accommodation due to a negligent act deemed by staff. The Operator will endeavour to provide all equipment for use in an adequate condition but is not responsible or liable for a customer&rsquo;s injury whilst using such equipment.

&nbsp;

THE BEACH 
The customer agrees not to deface or relocate anything from any beach. The customer agrees to no littering at any times and will leave the beach in exactly the way they found it. The customer agrees that this will result in exclusion from the camp or tour immediately with no refund.

&nbsp;

THE SURF CAMP AND ACCOMMODATION 
The customer agrees not to deface or remove any object or equipment from any surf camp or its accommodation. The customer agrees that this will result in exclusion from the camp or tour immediately with no refund. The Operator reserves the right to inspect any bag being brought on any tour at any time.

&nbsp;

DRUGS &amp; ALCOHOL 
No customer is allowed to bring drugs or alcohol to any surf camp or tour. Failure to abide by this will result in immediate eviction from the tour or camp and also result in further action by the Australian Police. 
The customer agrees to inform The Operator of any medications required to bring on tour before arrival. 
The customer agrees that all surf lessons, activities and tours require a 0.00 blood alcohol reading. Failure you to comply with this will result in missing your lesson with no refund.

&nbsp;

MEDICAL CONDITIONS 
The customer agrees to provide information on any medical conditions prior to commencing any of The Operator&rsquo;s tours, activities, lessons or hiring one of The Operator&rsquo;s surf vans. &nbsp;Before commencement of any tour, activity, lesson, or van hire the customer declares they are free from any medical condition that may hinder their safety. The Operator is not responsible or liable for injury, damage or fatality that is caused by a medical condition.

&nbsp;

CANCELLATION &amp; REFUNDS 
The Operator reserves the right to cancel any trip in which case a full refund will be paid to the customer. 
All deposits are non-refundable. 
Cancellations received 90 days prior to the tour will receive a full refund minus the deposit amount. 
Cancellations received 60 days prior will receive a 75% refund minus the deposit. 
Cancellations received 30 days or less to the scheduled booking are non-refundable. 
If booking your own travel insurance please ensure that you&rsquo;re covered for any unforeseen circumstance such as illness or accidents.

PRICES 
The Operator reserves the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by suppliers. The Operator is not liable in any way if a price increase occurs. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to fluctuation in exchange rates until fully paid. No booking will be processed unless a full deposit has been received by The Operator.

PAYMENT 
The customer agrees to make all payments on time to avoid cancellation of their booked tour and loss of deposit.

&nbsp;

RESERVATION CHANGES 
All reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur a booking fee.

&nbsp;

DOCUMENTATION 
Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. The Operator reserves the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for a hard copy of these documents to be sent.

&nbsp;

REPORTING INCIDENTS &amp; COMPLAINTS 
If you have a complaint during your holiday, tour, surf camp, lesson or activities please see your staff member immediately to get this problem resurrected. &nbsp;If they are unable to resolve the matter, they will contact management who will then resolve the matter. Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of services or dissatisfaction must be reported to The Operator during the event to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES 
Credit card surcharges apply when paying with a credit card. 
Visa/Mastercard = 1.5% 
Diners = 2.89% 
American Express = 3% 
If you pay for your tour with a credit card the customer agrees not to charge back your payment to the Operator.

&nbsp;

TRAVEL INSURANCE 
The Operator strongly recommend travel insurance prior to starting any of our camps, lessons or tours to protect you from any unforeseen circumstances throughout your journey. The Operator can organise your travel insurance and recommends an unlimited medical cover, including medical evacuation, to be purchased at the time of your deposit being paid, to cover cancellation fees.&nbsp;
