Journey through one of&nbsp;Australia&#39;s most iconic wine regions, the Hunter Valley, on an all-inclusive small-group tour from Sydney full of flavour! This tour is the perfect blend of&nbsp;award-winning cellar doors, scenic countryside, informative guidance, plus wine, cheese, and chocolate tasting!

Set your alarm early, with pickups in Sydney starting around 7:00 am. But not to worry, the first stop for the day will be for&nbsp;coffee!&nbsp;The bus will travel north across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge while your guide/driver keeps you entertained with informative commentary.

The&nbsp;coffee shop is a hidden gem tucked away in tranquil bushland where you can grab a coffee (own expense) and enjoy serenity before heading to the first winery.

&nbsp;

The Hunter Valley is one of New South Wales&#39; major wine regions, with viticulture dating back to the early 1800s. This beautiful region, with its rolling hills, is packed to the brim with vineyards, cellar doors, restaurants, and other incredible producers. It&#39;s best known for whites such as Semillon, Chardonnay,&nbsp;and Verdelho, plus reds including Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.&nbsp;

The first tasting is a 5-star winery offering a selection of Hunter classic and modern marvel wines, a great way to start your tasting adventure. Of course, with any wines that you love along the way, you&#39;re welcome to purchase a few bottles (or cases!) to enjoy back at home.&nbsp;

The second winery is one of the Hunter Valley&#39;s original wine families for a tasting of six of its current release wines. Your cellar door host will meet you to begin your private wine tasting experience. See, taste, smell and learn the differences between wine varieties accompanied by tasty local cheese.

Having worked up quite the appetite, it&#39;s time to indulge in a delicious lunch at a family-owned &amp; operated restaurant. Offering a great selection of food in a superb location, it&#39;s a dining experience that embodies all the Hunter has to offer. You&#39;ll also relish a tasting of five&nbsp;Hunter Valley produced wines. All dietary requirements are catered for if advised in advance, including vegan, vegetarian, coeliac, and gluten-free.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

It wouldn&#39;t be a complete meal without dessert, so those with a sweet tooth will be delighted at the next stop &ndash; another&nbsp;Hunter Valley cellar door&nbsp;featuring&nbsp;artisan chocolates matched with wine. This fantastic journey includes six handcrafted wines, each matched with a chocolate truffle. It&#39;s an experience not to be missed!

&nbsp;

The last stop of the day is the Hunter Distillery &ndash; the only certified organic distillery in the region. Here you&#39;ll taste Australian&nbsp;gin, vodka, liqueurs, and schnapps&nbsp;&ndash; a perfect ending to your Hunter Valley day tour.

The tour concludes back in Sydney at approximately 6:00 pm.

Prices and Itineraries Prices change the 1st of April annually.

Prices shown are in Australian currency, include GST and supersede all prices previously advertised.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required or operate the itinerary in reverse.

Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.

Refunds are not available for inclement weather or for changing weather conditions.

Deposits 

It is necessary to confirm your reservation with The Operator&rsquo;s representative.

If paying on the day of travel, your credit card details are required to hold the reservation.

Credit card will not be charged until day of travel as you may chose to pay by cash on the day to avoid additional credit card fees.

If you&rsquo;re a Charter group you will be required to pay a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.

Prices are set according to number of passengers travelling, should the number change by more than 5 passengers the Charter rate will need to be adjusted accordingly.

Smoking 

Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Australia.

Please restrict smoking to the stops en route.

Cancellations 

Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: within 24 hours or where no notice is given - 100% of the value of the Tour will be charged

Therefore they cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

Due to operational peaks The Operator may substitute coaches without notice in peak season. 24th Dec 2018 - 5th of January 2019. In which large coaches may be used.

Children: Prices apply strictly to children 3 - 12 years. Children aged 0 - 2 years old are free and must be seated on a parent or guardian lap. If a seat is required a charge of $80 per child will apply.

Family: A Child is considered as between the age of 3 - 12 years of age.

Payment Method is optional and subject to booking arrangements made.

Payment shall be made via a Credit Card (Master Card, Visa Card or AMEX) or with a cash payment to avoid additional credit card fees.

All major credit Cards are accepted.

A 2% Credit Card processing fee is applicable on all Credit Card Payments, and a 3% Processing fee is applicable on all AMEX Cards payments.
