(c) 31-days or more prior to departure,&nbsp;

	<li>we will refund the balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs; or&nbsp;</li>

(d) failure to board on tour or cancelled within 14-days will result in full fare forfeiture of the ticket price and not eligible for a refund; or&nbsp;

(e) cancellation prior to departure due to you having COVID-19/ &ldquo;flu-like symptoms&rdquo;, supported by a medical certificate, we will refund 100% of monies paid by you either directly or via your booking agent.&nbsp;

Any credit travel voucher resulting from a cancellation under (Cancellation by the Traveller) has an expiry date of 3 years and may be applied towards any other available trip offered by us. This credit is transferable however not redeemable for cash.&nbsp;

Note different cancellation conditions may apply if/when booked through third party agents, your travel consultant will advise if differences apply. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a trip, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made or compensation for departure costs incurred. The above cancellation terms are less any unrecoverable costs by accommodation providers, travel agents, third-party affiliates and supplier fees.&nbsp;

Our trips are guaranteed to depart once they have one fully paid traveller onboard, unless minimum group size specifically states otherwise or in the event of a Force Majeure resulting in the cancellation of a trip.&nbsp;

We may cancel a trip at any time up to 7-days (Day Trips) and 30-days (Short-Break / Extended Tours) before departure. Alternatively, we can cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events occurs that deem it not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.&nbsp;

Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, warm and cool clothing, a rain jacket, a&nbsp;towel &amp; toiletries&nbsp;and insect repellent.

The 12 Apostles&nbsp; 
Witness the rugged splendour of the iconic 12 Apostles. These magnificent rock stacks rise up majestically from the Southern Ocean on Victoria&#39;s scenic coastline. The Apostles are limestone cliffs created due to erosion beginning 10&ndash;20 million years ago. The rough Southern Ocean and the blasting winds gradually eroded the softer limestone, forming caves in the cliffs. The caves transformed into arches. When they collapsed, rock stacks up to 45 metres high were left isolated from the shore.&nbsp;

Phillip Island&nbsp; 
Take the ferry to Port Philip Bay, then journey along the coastlines of the Mornington Peninsula. Travel onto Phillip Island, stopping enroute to and animal Wildife Park.

Penguin Parade&nbsp; 
Experience one of Australia&rsquo;s most popular attractions. Each night at sunset Little Penguins return ashore after a day&rsquo;s fishing. And you can witness this adorable spectacle.&nbsp;Admire the world&rsquo;s smallest penguin in their natural habitat from viewing stands and boardwalks. Or learn all about our little friends through interactive and educational displays in the visitor centre. Please note no photos are allowed during the penguin parade.&nbsp;

The Nobbies&nbsp; 
The Nobbies Centre is overlooking Bass Strait and is home to the interactive Antarctic Journey. You will discover spectacular clifftop boardwalks and views to the Nobbies and Seal Rocks.&nbsp;Stroll along the boardwalks. If the weather is right, you can see the explosive blowhole in action. Enjoy the views over the Nobbies Rock formations and beyond to Seal Rocks, home to Australia&#39;s largest fur seal colony.

Embark on this breath-taking trip along the Great Ocean Road. Our first major stop will be at the 12 Apostles. From there we drive along the coastline stopping at magnificent spots. Apollo Bay will be our lunch stop (lunch is included in the price). Next on the&nbsp;list is spotting wild koalas!&nbsp;As well as admiring spectacular views along the Surf Coast. Luggage for Day Tours: There are no luggage storage facilities on day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day (including strollers, walking assistance frames, wheelchairs) may result in refusal to board. Luggage for Multi Day Tour: Maximum of 20kg per person in a soft travelling pack. Excessive amount of luggage may incur a surcharge fee, for concerns please call our friendly reservations team.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES:

The supplier may offer complimentary inner city pickup and drop off services to various accommodation providers. Please note it is the customer&rsquo;s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 10 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. The supplier cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The supplier will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancel within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price. &nbsp;Cancellation within 48 hours before departure, failure to board on the day or&nbsp;no shows will result in full fare forfeiture. Transfer Policy: $25 per person transfer fee can apply to date change transfer services between&nbsp;48 hours and&nbsp;7 days prior to departure. Transfer within 48 hours will result in full fare forfeiture.

By booking a tour with the supplier, you are agreeing that the supplier may contact you in relation to feedback about a tour which you have undertaken with the supplier or one of our affiliates. The supplier may contact you via email in relation to specials or promotional offers. In the event you do not wish to receive any correspondence from the supplier, please select the easy opt out button to discontinue any communication. All photographs and video content recorded during all tours can be used for marketing purposes, please advise your tour guide if you do not agree to release this permission. Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the operator shall have the discretion to</li>

	(b) to forfeit any and all monies paid by the customer.
