We will end the tour in one of the busiest streets of the Florentine nightlife in the heart of the historical centre with many bars and clubs where all the locals hang out at night. Here you will stop at one bar rated by the locals as the Best Aperitivo place in town. Known for its great atmosphere, you can enjoy the Italian way of life. Sit down, socialize with the rest of the group, enjoy your drink and then eat as much as you would like from the buffet of tasty Italian food.
Discover with your guide what an Aperitivo is for the Italians and their traditions. After the guided portion of the tour, you will be free to check out some of the bars until the nightlife kicks or return back to your hotel for an early sleep.
What does Aperitivo mean?
Aperitivo is one of the most fun aspects of Italian culture. Aperitif may be compared to the British habit of a pub after work on your way home but still, is something a little different. It is so popular because food is served along with drinks. Once again, in Italy, it's all about food. Aperitivo is a serious social event thanks to food, from simple nuts and crisps, up to pasta, risotto, cold cuts, bread, vegetables, pickles and much more. So drink after drink, pickle after pickle, you'll stay at the bar for hours and might make it home at some point.
