Cancellation by the traveller:

If you need to cancel your booking with Do You Travel you will need to notify us in writing (by e-mail).&nbsp;

	<li>60 days or more prior to departure, we will offer you the choice of moving to a different trip or forfeiting the deposit.</li>
	<li>Between 31 and 59 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost; whichever is greater, and</li>
	<li>30 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.</li>
</ul>

You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

Cancellation by the operator:

Do You Travel may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural, disasters, political instability or other external events which make it difficult or unsafe to run the tour. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternative start date or in circumstances where cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be offered less any unrecoverable expenses such as domestic flights booked already by Do You Travel. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

Yes! Once you&rsquo;ve booked and before you travel we&rsquo;ll help put you in touch with the rest of your group so you can start chatting and getting to know each other.

All of your internal flights, activities, accommodation, transport and some meals are included throughout the duration of the tour, so you&rsquo;ll just need money for any extra meals, drinks, shopping, and any onward travel. We recommend you bring at least $300 AUD spending money for the trip.

We always recommend traveling with a backpack and packing light! 10-20kgs of stuff should be plenty. It&rsquo;s generally quite hot in the Philippines, so dragging around a huge suitcase is not much fun.

Philippines Adventure Tours

Guests will be arriving throughout the day. Your tour leader will be waiting to meet you at the roof deck of our hostel today at 6:00 pm. Grab a beer and enjoy the view of the Manila skyline while we do a quick orientation. For our first group dinner, we enjoy a delicious traditional Filipino meal before heading out to the red light district of Makati to explore the night scene.

Manila

Manila - Your Adventure Begins

After breakfast we board our first flight of the tour and make our way to one of the most beautiful islands in the world; Palawan. As soon as we land we will travel by private van to Sabang. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the beautiful beach, take a zipline over the water if you are a thrill-seeker or just chill in one of the beach hammocks with a book! Enjoy dinner tonight with the group while we watch the sunset over the water and enjoy the live entertainment on the beachfront.

Palawan

This morning after breakfast we head over to the Puerto Princesa Underground River &ndash; one of the seven natural wonders of the world! We will have an incredible experience being guided through the national park, exploring the underground cave systems aboard a bamboo raft. This is an absolute must-do while in the Philippines.

In the afternoon we set off for Port Barton! Once we arrive in Port Barton we will be taken to our secluded beach, situated on one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in the Philippines where we spend the afternoon sea kayaking, laying on the beach and of course preparing our campsite for the night. Our local guide will prepare dinner and build a fire and bust the guitar as we rock the night away under the stars.

Puerto Princesa Underground River

Today we venture out on our first snorkelling trip in hope of seeing some amazing ocean life including sea turtles, rays and starfish! In the evening, we get together and watch the spectacular sunset over the water and enjoy drinks and company by the bonfire! This is your day to truly experience #Islandlife

Port Barton

Port Barton - Island Hopping

The next part of our adventure brings us to El Nido! We set off by van and arrive in El Nido in the mid-afternoon to check in to our funky new hostel (Don&rsquo;t forget to check out the roof top pool, it&rsquo;s epic!) Tonight we head to the beach for sunset cocktails and group dinner!

El Nido

Our first day in El Nido takes us to a national park with 3 waterfalls to jump in, swim and enjoy the morning, combined with Nacpan beach, which we know you are going to love! Spend the afternoon on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines, sipping cocktails in the sun! Lined with coconut trees, soft white sand and crystal clear water, this place is really paradise on earth! This evening we head back to El Nido town and enjoy the nightlife of El Nido at leisure.

Water Falls and Beach Day

Today we start a 3-day Expedition like no other! An adventure within an adventure and one of the major highlights of the trip, you simply cannot have this experience travelling on your own! We spend the next 3 days cruising around on a giant 2 level boat through the most beautiful islands in the world, swimming, snorkelling, dancing, sunbathing and relaxing. At the end of each day we head to base camp and spend our nights chilled in front of the bonfire while all of our meals are prepared for us and our drinks are served cold! We sleep under the stars in beach facing glamping huts and tents and wake up to the most epic sunrises you will ever experience!

El Nido - Coron Expedition

Day 2 of the expedition is your day to explore the Linapacan islands, which have some of the cleanest and clearest waters on earth. It&rsquo;s the perfect place to snorkel and relax on some of the most beautiful beaches in Palawan. The program for today includes exploring a turtle sanctuary, jumping from a 6 meters-high cliff (if you dare), and meeting the Tagbuana, the local people of Linapacan, to discover their culture and way of life. Again before sunset we head back to base to spend the night chilling on the beach under the moonlight in front of the bonfire.

Linapacan

This morning after waking up to the most epic sunrise of your life, continue to sail up north, to start exploring the eastern part of Culion. Among other things, you will discover what is probably the most beautiful sandbar in Palawan, in Ditaytayan island&hellip; After a night spent on a beach, we will head to Coron for a new island hopping tour, to discover its snorkeling spots filled with thousands of fish! As the sun sets today, we dock in Coron, the endpoint of our amazing expedition! We head to our hotel in Coron for some much-deserved rest. If you are up for it, join the group and head out for dinner and explore the bars in town.

Today after breakfast we board a flight to Cebu and travel by van to our Cebu city accommodation. The rest of the day is yours to spend at your leisure exploring the city, but best to get a good night&rsquo;s rest as tomorrow is a big day!

Cebu

Bound for Cebu

Today we head out for a truly unforgettable experience; jump in the water to swim with the huge (but very friendly) whale sharks. Bring your underwater camera, as trust us you will want to remember this forever. After you dry off head deep into the hills of Cebu to visit some of the Philippines most beautiful waterfalls. Kawasan Falls, a pristine natural paradise nestled near the Badian mountains. Up the Matutinao River. Equip your canyoneering gear and set out on a slippery and exciting path. Scramble, hike, climb, and jump your way through a trail that takes you through ravines, across gorges, waterfalls, and into natural pools. Part of your journey follows the Kanlaob River, famed for its blue water. Pause for lunch midway through your canyoneering journey, replenishing your energy before wrapping up your afternoon with more swimming below the Kawasan Falls. After a huge and exciting day we head back to the city for the evening and if you are up for it, your tour leader will take you out to explore the night life of Cebu.

Whale Sharks and Kawasan Falls

This afternoon we take our final flight of the tour to the super-chilled hipster island of Siargao. Once we arrive in Siargao we take a short van ride to our villa-style accommodation. Once checked in, we&rsquo;ll head out for dinner and spend the evening chilling out at a resort on the beach, or head out for the evening to enjoy the town&rsquo;s bustling nightlife.

Siargao

This morning after a much deserved sleep-in and a nice cafe breakfast, we head to cloud 9 to catch our very first wave! We set you up with a knowledgeable instructor and get you on some waves that are perfect for beginners. Once we are all surfed out we spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, take a nap on the beach, explore the island or chill with a beer at the pool! For dinner, we meet up at a beachfront restaurant and bar at Cloud 9 to watch the sunset before heading out on the town to experience the nightlife of the island.

Siargao Surf and Chill

Today we visit three different beautiful islands just off the coast of Siargao Island. You will spend the day snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, chilling on white-sand beaches and generally having fun in the sun. The night is yours for however you prefer it, nice and relaxed, or head out for a night on the town.

Siargao Island Hopping

Today is yours to do as you please! There is so much to do in Siargao, you are spoilt for choice, you could try your hand at more surfing, visit the Magpupungko Tide Pools, hire a scooter and visit the Tayangban Cave Pools, Tak Tak Falls or spend the day exploring the various shops, bars, and restaurants along Tourism road. At around 7 pm we head out for our farewell dinner to celebrate and reminisce about the amazing experiences we have had. After dinner, whoever is up for it can head-on with us to the bars. The bars in Siargao actually have a cool system that works well for the partiers but also the clubs and makes the Siargao Nightlife busy every night. Each night is a different venue and the bars share the nights of the week!

Siargao Free Time

Sadly all good things must come to an end, there are no planned activities today but the fun doesn&rsquo;t have to stop here. If you&rsquo;re traveling on; our expert Group Leaders are on hand to help you book everything you need to get to where you&rsquo;re heading; whether that be on to some more islands in the Philippines or back to the airport to catch a flight to somewhere different, we can take care of whatever you need!

Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us.&nbsp;

<h4>1. Our contract&nbsp;</h4>

All bookings are made with Do You Travel (ABN 28 564 274 760) (us/we). By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

<h4>2. Deposit requirement&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.&nbsp;

<h4>3. Acceptance of booking and final payments&nbsp;</h4>

If we accept your booking we will issue a confirmation invoice.&nbsp; A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice or if you book within 60 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept your payment. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 60 days before the departure date. Your card will be charged the remaining amount on this day.&nbsp; If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and retain your deposit.

<h4>4. Free and flexible changes</h4>

For bookings made in 2020, we&rsquo;ve dropped our trip transfer fee. This means you can change your trip, for any reason, up to 14 days before your scheduled departure date. No hassle, no questions asked and no charge. If you choose to amend your booking, you can select any new departure date that is suitable.

<h4>5. Open Dated bookings</h4>

Any tours purchased via Open Dated booking online will be price locked at the value of the tour made at the time of booking.

Your Open Dated booking is valid for life.

Scheduled tour dates will be available on the website once travel restrictions are lifted.

You will be emailed a notification when the dates become available and you may select your desired travel date at any time from then.

You must notify us of your desired start date or tour preferences more than 60 days prior to the start date of your tour. Your request for a start date or tour change will be subject to the availability of your desired tour or date.

Once you have selected a start date we will email you an invoice to pay the remaining balance of your booking, which will be due for final payment 60 days prior to your tour start date.
