We reserve the right to cancel dive trips at any time for the following reasons:

	<li>Bad weather conditions: generally over 20 knots the trip could be cancelled</li>
	<li>Minimum numbers not being met.</li>
	<li>A full refund will be made to customers if AQUA5 cancels a dive trip due to weather or numbers.</li>
	<li>If a diver is considered to be unsafe or provided false information in the statement of understanding, medical and waiver documentation.</li>
	<li>Safety is our first priority, weather can change quickly in the Whitsundays.</li>
</ul>

There is a medical questionnaire you must fill out before diving, if you answer yes to any of the questions then you will be required to get a scuba diving medical before diving.&nbsp;It is best to check before you book so we have provided the <a href="https://www.padi.com/sites/default/files/documents/2020-08/10346E_Diver_Medical_Form.pdf">PADI standard questionnaire </a>to check here if any of these are yes please visit a doctor to get a medical certificate.&nbsp;
