The helicopters can get quite hot during the Aussie summer months and cooler during the winter months, so dress comfortably. 
If you plan to take photographs we recommend darker colours to reduce any window reflections. 
Ladies please wear flatter shoes. 
Hats, bags or any loose clothing are not allowed to be worn in or around the helicopters as they can fly up into the rotors and damage the aircraft. We will be happy to hold any hats or bags for you until you return from your tour.

It is wise to book a tour early in your stay, that way if your pilot determines that weather conditions on a particular day is not the best for your tour, there will be options for re-scheduling. 
As far as the best time of day for a helicopter tour you should consider your personal schedule. 
Most of the time we have nice weather; during summer it can get quite hot, so it is best to schedule your flight for early morning. 
If we happen to have rainy weather, the pilot will consult the weather forecast and actual conditions to determine if it will be safe to fly. 
We do not take our guests on a tour unless we are certain we can give you an excellent experience. Apart from not being enjoyable, rain does damage the helicopter&#39;s blades. 
The pilot&rsquo;s decision is final, regardless of the occasion.

Yes, each helicopter has an individual seat limit and an all-up weight limit. Please call us with any concerns.

Yes &ndash; the decision to fly at any stage of your pregnancy is entirely up to the individual. There are no pressure changes or manoeuvers&nbsp;that could cause discomfort. Two of our pilots are female and flew in the helicopters while pregnant.

Pass by the quaint township of Lyndoch&nbsp;as you head towards the southern end of the Barossa&nbsp;Valley for your arrival at the family-owned God&#39;s Hill&nbsp;Wines.&nbsp;

Landing directly at the front of God&rsquo;s Hill Wines,&nbsp;the welcoming&nbsp;crew will share with you the God&rsquo;s Hill Story and guide you through a wine tasting&nbsp;at their cellar door.&nbsp;They specialise in small-batch boutique wines and bring the ancient traditions of Italy to the Barossa, which makes for a truly unique wine experience.&nbsp;Choose your favourite&nbsp;bottle to take home and then head to the restaurant to&nbsp;indulge in a relaxed pizza lunch with a glass or two of wine included.

ALL flights leave and return from 261 Hoffnungsthal Road Lyndoch, unless prior arrangement has been made &ndash; there will be additional fees applied to relocate. 
Weight restrictions: 
All aircraft have weight restrictions. 
If you or someone flying with you is over 100 kg, please call us. 
Please inform us at the time of booking ALL accurate passenger weights. 
Robinson R44 helicopter manufacturers have an individual seat limit of 130 kg. 
Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, passengers etc. 
Please feel free to call us to discuss the total seat weight. 
Weather: 
The Operator reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations. The pilot&rsquo;s decision is final &ndash; regardless of the occasion. 
Your safety and that of our pilot&rsquo;s and aircraft are the Number 1 Priority! 
Cancellation Fees: 
Apply to all bookings. 
Credit Card charges incurred by The Operator will be charged to you for ALL cancellations. NO REFUNDS are available. 
If your flight is cancelled outside 24 hours but within 48 Hours of your booked time, there will be a $50 fee charged. 
Inside 24 hours of booked flight time, you will forfeit the cost of the flight. 
* A full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by The Operator due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event. 
** In the event you are a &ldquo;NO SHOW&rdquo; you will forfeit the cost of your entire booking.

All flights are a minimum of a 2-person charge and can carry a maximum of 3 people. 
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

Once purchased Gift Cards are NON-Refundable but are transferrable to another person. 
Surprises and Proposals: 
If the flight is a surprise or a wedding proposal, please advise us of the special occasion so that we can best coordinate with you to make it a special time. 
In addition, when booking, please advise the weights of each person so that we can arrange the seating (e.g. so the special couple can be seated together in the back). 
Physically or mentally challenged clients: 
Please call us to discuss options of taking your loved one on a tour with us! Each person is different, and we can cater to some disabilities. We have a golf buggy to assist people with walking difficulties out to the helicopter. We are able to remove the door to help someone get in the helicopter with limited mobility. 
No Pets Allowed: 
We are a working farm, please leave your pets at home (exception of special needs dogs &ndash; they are not allowed to fly). We take bio security very seriously. Please do not be offended if we ask you to put your pet back in your car or take it off the property. 
No Smoking: 
The Operator&rsquo;s base is non-smoking for all clients and customers.
