Does the tour operate if it rains?
Yes, the vessel is fully covered, and in wet conditions, there are clear pull-down sides to keep the water out.
Does the tour offer hotel pickup?
No. They are located centrally in the heart of Surfers Paradise and only a short walk from the major hotels.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
The vessels are not wheelchair accessible, unfortunately. There are 5 steps to climb into the Aquaduck. If you can do the stairs, the team is happy to assist you into the duck.
Are service dogs allowed on board?
Yes, service dogs are allowed on board.
Where is the best place to park?
It's recommended you park at Bruce Bishop carpark which is just around the corner and is the cheapest. There is also parking available at Circle on Cavill.
