Covid-19 Policy and Important Booking Information;
We are committed to ongoing advice and compliance with public health orders ensuring the safety of our guests and staff at all times. You can expect at all times the driver to be wearing a face mask on-board the bus, all our staff are fully vaccinated, the cabin of the buses to be regularly sanitised, increased cleaning of high touch areas, hand sanitisers installed for use at the entry of the buses.
1). It is agreed upon boarding that no guests in the past 14 days have been in contact with any Covid related cases or are currently self-isolating.
2). It is agreed that if any guest on arrival is feeling unwell or displays Covid like symptoms, does not travel with us. In the event you feel unwell whilst travelling onboard with us, you notify your driver immediately.
3). It is advised that all our tours are publicly shared and a form of public transport. It is mandatory face masks are worn upon boarding and at all times whilst travelling on the bus. Masks are available on arrival from your driver if required.
4). It is recommended when booking the Transport Services only, that you contact the venues directly that you want to visit on the day to check if a pre-booking is required at the time you intend to visit for a tasting or have lunch at. Walk-In bookings are subject to availability at the time.
Note: all confirmed orders incur a 1.9% Booking Fee + 1.9% Merchant Fee
Cancellation Policy/Booking Changes: (to be requested in writing):
1). Full flexibility to transfer to another date OR receive a credit for customer booking changes or cancellations that have provided a minimum of 24 hours or more (from the tour start time). You can opt to receive a credit voucher to the value paid (less any merchant and booking fees) that can be used towards any tours OR transfer to the same or another tour on a future date (valid for up to x12 months from the cancellation date)
2). Customer booking changes or cancellations within 24 hours, no credits or transfers will apply.
3). In the event The Operator is unable to operate a tour for any reason after your booking is confirmed (including a Force Majeure), you will be offered a transfer to another suitable tour OR transferred to the same tour on another date OR a credit voucher to the value paid (less any merchant and booking fees) which is valid for up to x12 months from the notified cancellation date.
4). Gift Vouchers and Credit Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Operator’s Tour Terms
• There is a minimum number of guests (4) required to operate this tour. You will receive a "pending" order via email and also be advised via text if further numbers are required for the tour to operate. You will only be charged (funds are automatically refunded) and then re-charged only if/when the tour has been confirmed as operating. We do our best to make sure every tour runs and will happily assist with alternative options in the event the tour doesn't operate.
• Only bottled water can be consumed on the bus at all times.
• The Operator endorses RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and respectful behaviour on and off the bus at all times. We reserve the right to refuse ongoing service due to reasonable non-compliance or due to offensive behaviour without any refunds or credits.
