Where & what time is pick-up?
The Operator offers pick ups from a large range of locations on the Sunshine Coast. When checking out, they'll receive your accommodation details which will be your pick up point. If your accommodation falls outside of the selected area, they will be in touch beforehand with a central pick-up location. Your pick up time will also be advised the day before departure.
What's the minimum age reqirements?
The minimum age is 7 years.
What happens if the weather is bad on the morning of my tour?
Unfortunately, the weather can be quite unpredictable. The Operator reserves the right to cancel tours at any time if they feel it might present a danger to the customers. If they decide to cancel a tour due to bad weather you will be given a full refund. The tours have been designed to be enjoyed even in the rain. If the tour is going ahead then customers will not be given any refund if they decide not to attend due to the weather.
Does this tour cater for people with a disability?
The vehicles used by The Operator cannot accommodate wheelchairs or any walking aids, with the exception of walking sticks.
