LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

The tour operator will meet you at the departure point 30 minutes before boarding. The departure point is located at&nbsp;Wharf no. 1 / Eastern Pontoon Circular Quay, halfway between the Sydney Opera House and the ferry wharf no. 2.

We definitely recommend bringing a camera to capture the spectacular views of Vivid Sydney from the harbour! You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during the cruise.&nbsp;

The cruise will take a round trip to and from Circular Quay. During the cruise, you will get to see the highlights of the Vivid festival from the harbour, including:

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

	<li>Passengers must be at the wharf 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time</li>
	<li>All passengers must meet the minimum height requirement of 120cm</li>
	<li>If passengers run late, ride time will be reduced accordingly</li>
	<li>All passengers ride at their own risk and must sign a release of liability/assumption of risk prior to boarding</li>
	<li>Passengers aged under 18 years must have an adult sign on their behalf</li>
	<li>Child tickets are valid for passengers aged 5 - 15 years</li>
	<li>Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck, or heart conditions, or any other pre-existing medical conditions/injuries are not permitted to ride on this cruise for their own safety</li>
	<li>Passengers may get wet and are strongly advised not to carry any valuables whilst travelling on this cruise</li>
	<li>The tour operator has the right to substitute any vessel at any time</li>
