The huge complex takes up the entire block between Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, 50th Street, and 51st Street. Your guide will take you through various parts of the cathedral, showing off the incredible architecture, stained glass windows, and towering ceilings, while regaling you with tales of its storied past.
The cathedral was designed by renowned architect, James Renwick Jr. who designed a number of other churches, as well as the Smithsonian Institution Building. It's also home to 19 bells and two organs.
