See if you can spot giant sea turtles, dolphins, sea eagles, tropical fish even Humpback whales!
From beginners to kayaking experts, this sea kayaking adventure is for everyone. Get off the beaten track and experience a different side to the beautiful Whitsundays!
You're off to an early start this morning, with an 8:30am pick up from Airlie Beach. Drive about 10km to the jump-off point at Shute Harbour. After a safety briefing, your experienced guide will lead the way as you begin kayaking through the inner harbour islands and cross over to the beautiful White Rock. Here, you can dive into the crystal clear waters and snorkel over colourful coral reefs.
After a relaxing swim, get ready to paddle across to the Molle Passage and Sandy Bay at South Molle Island. The waters around here are home to beautiful tropical fish, giant sea eagles and the occasional Humpback whale! Enjoy a relaxing paddle as you keep an eye on the skies for soaring sea eagles and scan the ocean for a pod of dolphins.
After reaching South Molle Island you'll have time to take in the highlights of this lush tropical paradise. Kick back and relax on the white sandy beach, snorkel through a spectacular coral reef or maybe even hike across the island! Follow the Mount Jeffries walking track and you’ll discover ancient ‘grass trees’ and hundreds of butterflies! There's also the chance to take in truly incredible sweeping views across the Whitsundays. You fall in love with the vistas from Whitsunday Island and Hamilton Island to the lush Conway State Forest and Shute Harbour.
After a morning of adventuring through the Whitsundays, you'll head back to the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch.
That afternoon you'll climb back into your kayaks for some more exploring! Enjoy your last paddle around this breathtaking island chain before heading back to Airlie Beach at around 4:15 pm.
