Where we visit

Day 1: Arrival to Krabi
Welcome to Krabi! Today you’ll be met by your knowledgeable tour guide at Krabi Airport who will take you to your accommodation in the Ao Nang area of Krabi. Once you are settled in, your guide and the rest of your small tour group will meet for a welcome meeting, which includes information about Thailand and plans for the days ahead…which are packed with only the best locations and activities!

Hungry for more? This evening, dive into Thailand's delicious street-food scene. Famous for its delicious delicacies, Krabi prides itself on being Thailand’s leading location for freshly caught local seafood cooked ‘1000 ways’. Your guide will suggest numerous dishes for you and your fellow travellers to enjoy, so bring your appetite!

Accommodation: During your stay in Krabi from Day 1 to Day 5 (returning Day 11), guests will stay at GLOW Ao Nang in a Superior Room. Close to local restaurants, food stalls and seaside shops, the hotel has an outdoor pool, two fitness centres and a restaurant with free Wi-Fi in all rooms plus a balcony or terrace with pool, mountain or city views.

Day 2: Discover Local Temples
Thailand is famous for many things, and temples is certainly one of them! Today you’ll explore Krabi beyond its beautiful beaches with this full-day tour of local temples.

You'll get to stop at Buddhist temples such as Wat Sai Thai, known for its Reclining Buddha statue, take in rainforest views from Wat Tham Suea (the Tiger Cave Temple) and have time to go shopping in a local market, all alongside your guide who will show you around.

Returning to your Krabi accommodation later in the afternoon, there’s still some time to take a stroll to Ao Nang Beach and watch the glorious sunset.

Day 3: Explore Bor Thor’s Natural Beauty
On Day 3 of your tour you’ll head off to the Bor Thor area of Krabi to explore its incredible mangrove forest. On arrival, you will meet your kayaking guide who will give you a briefing which includes instructions on how to kayak for those new to the activity.

Then, it’s time to hit the water to explore the mangrove forests - a visually beautiful and equally peaceful destination packed with wildlife. For the history buffs, you’ll also get the chance to explore numerous caves, covered with drawings dating back over 3000 years!

Feel good factor: Pee Man, your kayak guide for today, is from Bor Thor village. It was in fact Man’s father who first discovered some of the caves, making this a truly local experience where you’re giving back to those who call this community, home.

After your kayak experience, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at Man’s wife’s restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious local cuisine before heading back to Krabi.

Day 4: Relax on a Sunset Cruise
Spend the morning taking it easy lazing by the pool or indulging in the resort’s big buffet breakfast.

Around 1pm, you’ll be collected for this evening’s sunset cruise along Krabi’s coastline.  Journey to two islands and Railay Beach aboard a wooden junk boat, with plenty of swimming opportunities along the way and snorkelling equipment provided for those looking to dive in!

Enjoy a Thai buffet dinner tonight served with soft drinks, cocktails and cold beers and cheers to the memories you’ve made so far!

Day 5: Transfer to Koh Lanta
On Day 5 of your tour, it’s time to head to Koh Lanta! With journey time approximately 2-3 hours from Krabi, you’ll be able to enjoy some free time after checking in to your hotel.

There’s so much to see, do and explore here - so feel free to swim, soak up the sun and/or sample the nightlife!

Accommodation: Day 5 and Day 6 will be spent staying in a superior room at the Narima Bungalow Resort in a Superior Bungalow. These bungalows have a spacious, airy feel, with linen drapes on the ceiling and large French windows, which open onto your private roofed balcony, overlooking the Andaman Sea. Also a bonus? A 2-person hammock and Thai style reclining chairs that you can relax in on the balcony as you take in the natural beauty of the resort.

Day 6: Thai Cooking Lesson in Traditional Teak House
For those looking for more than a souvenir to take home, today you’ll get the opportunity to learn to cook your favourite Thai dishes with Lanta Thai Cookery School.

Set in a tropical garden in a spacious teakwood house, get ready to experience the exotic herbs and spices that makes Thai cuisine so unique in the world of culinary delights!

Day 7: Day trip to Koh Rok
Discover the tropical waters and white-sand beaches of Koh Rok Nok and Koh Rok Nai islands on this exhilarating full-day tour by speedboat from Koh Lanta.

Go swimming and snorkeling in picturesque bays using complimentary snorkeling equipment and enjoy a stop at Marn Sai Bay and Koh Rok waterfall in the afternoon.

Today’s adventure also includes a delicious, fresh Thai seafood lunch and refreshments.

Day 8: Transfer to Koh Ngai (Boat Transfer)
On the eighth day of your tour, head out to Koh Ngai for 2 days of relaxing on the island, which has no roads, motor vehicles or shops…just boundless beautiful beaches! It’s a real escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, so make the most of it!

Accommodation: From Day 8 to Day 11 you’ll enjoy a stay at Koh Ngai’s Resort, in a Garden Bungalow. Just 5 minute’s walk from the beach, Koh Ngai Resort overlooks the beautiful Andaman Sea and is a peaceful tropical getaway complete with an outdoor pool and scenic views of the natural landscapes.

Day 9 - 10: Soak up the Sun
Beauty, peace and tranquillity - this is Koh Ngai! A true island escape, this is the perfect place to simply unwind in paradise.

Day 11: Back to Krabi
After an amazing couple of days on Koh Ngai, you’ll head back to Krabi for your last night where you can enjoy one last meal with your tour companions enjoying a few drinks and savouring one more meal of fresh, local seafood.

Day 12: Tour End
Sadly, Day 12 marks the end of your Southern Thailand Island Hopper Tour journey. With complimentary transfers to Krabi Airport included, you’ll be able to depart the island from 11am following check-out.
