Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to show at the correct meeting point on time will result in a ticket being forfeited. No refunds can be offered, nor travel on another day.
The tour concludes at Circular Quay eastern pontoon at approximately 6:15pm or at Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf at 6:45pm.
No it is not. The cruise will conclude at either Darling Harbour or Circular Quay. Both are central, popular locations and are full of restaurants and bars – perfect for an evening meal. After the cruise, guests are responsible for making their own way back to their hotel.
No. This tour operates in all weather conditions. In winter rainfall is low, averaging just 8 days a month. Umbrellas are provided and if the view is affected The Supplier makes changes to the itinerary.
The tour involves easy, short walks to lookouts and a guided boardwalk at Scenic World. No strenuous hikes are involved. so it's perfect for all ages.
For kids, the tour is great as it’s interactive. Featherdale Wildlife Park is great as they can hand feed Kangaroos, have a photo with a Koala, and see lots of other animals. In the mountains, they enjoy 3 rides, and a guided boardwalk through the rainforest at Scenic World.
Children under 2 years must purchase an infant ticket and The Supplier provides a suitable infant seat. When booking, please specify the age of the infant so we know if a baby seat is required or a booster.
Only one pram per bus can be stored. If there is already a family with a pram The Supplier can’t take another on the same bus. Please let The Supplier know if you will be bringing along a pram at the time of booking.
As for wheelchairs, If a guest is able to get in and out of the bus and the wheelchair folds, then yes. Otherwise, no as there is no lift. A wheelchair can be hired at Featherdale if needed.

The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, including any consequential, indirect, special or economic loss to the customer or their property, or for death, which is caused by any services rendered by The Supplier or third party, its servants or agents with due care and skill or any facilities, lookouts during the tour for not being fit for their purpose.
Photos taken on the day might be selected for promotional use.
If you need to cancel a tour, a refund will be offered if you cancel outside of 24 hours before your tour departure time and date. You must also provide The Supplier with written notification to cancel.
Cancellation within 24 hours or where no notice is given - 100% of the value of the tour will be charged
