WHAT TO EXPECT
Dive into a cultural experience at Rotorua's Hell's Gate Geothermal Park. This Inspire Experience is the perfect combination of culture and relaxation.
Enjoy a guided or self-guided tour through the geothermal reserve, learning about the fascinating surroundings along the way. There are free guided tours daily at the following times. Summer: 9.30am, 11:30am, 1.30pm amd 3.30pm. Winter: 9.30am,1.30pm.
Then, follow it up with a rejuvenating soak in the sulphur spas. After walking through New Zealand’s most active geothermal landscape, your body will welcome the revitalising properties of the mineral water.
You'll also get to enjoy a luxurious mud foot bath and a dip in the cool plunge pool (if you dare!) Plus, there's the chance to try your hand a Maori carving! It's an incredible insight into a tradition that's thousands of years old.
Hell’s Gate provides a complimentary shuttle pick-up and drop-off, available from within the Rotorua central area. Please advise if you require this when booking.

Summer 1st October to 31st March
Pick-up - Rotorua: 8:50am, 12:50pm, 4:50pm and 6:50pm.
Depart - Hell’s Gate:12.30pm, 4:30pm, 7.30pm and 9:30pm.
Winter 1st April to 30th September
Pick-up - Rotorua: 8:50am, 12:50pm and 3:50pm.
