We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Footwear is optional, but hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are advisable.

This tour meets north of the rocks on Cable Beach. Follow signs to Cable Beach until you find yourselves at last car park. At the northern end of the carpark is a driveway onto the beach.

Follow this path onto the beach and head right through the rocks in front of you to the north.

The tour operator will be the first camel train you come to through the rocks, with the red blankets on.

Your adventure begins at the northern end of Cable Beach, where you&rsquo;ll meet the iconic Red Sun Camels adorned with their distinctive red blankets. As you arrive at the meeting point, you&rsquo;ll be greeted by friendly staff who will provide a brief introduction and safety instructions. Once everyone is ready, you&rsquo;ll mount your camel and start your journey along the pristine sands of Cable Beach.

The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes, offering ample time to soak in the serene environment and the stunning views of the setting sun over the Indian Ocean. Throughout the ride, your guide will share interesting facts about the camels, their history in Australia, and their unique personalities. The rhythmic sway of the camels provides a soothing experience, allowing you to relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience.

	<li>Please note all passengers are responsible for declaring accurate individual body weights at the time of booking. Passengers can be weighed upon check in for the camel tour to verify the provided weights and if the weight is over what was declared, you will be unable to ride and no refund will be given. We are not able to accommodate last-minute weight increases.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Red Sun Camels operate a 95kg maximum weight&nbsp;limit per person / per seat.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>In addition to the individual weight limit we operate a maximum weight limit of 170kg per camel / two seats.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Any person that exceeds 95kg or any couple that exceed a combined weight limit of 170kg (individually no more than 95kg), will each be required to ride on their own camel and an additional charge will apply. Please contact our office if this applies to you and we can book it for you.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No adult and lap sitters (child aged 0-4 years sitting on parents&#39; lap) combined weight to exceed 95kg.</li>
	<li>Our child age is 5-15years, and not exceeding 60kg.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Our lap sitter age is 0-4 years old, sitting on the parent&rsquo;s lap (sharing seat).</li>
	<li>Please ensure you choose the seats in the correct weight category, failure to select the correct seats will result in your booking being cancelled. If you are unsure about what seats to select please contact us on 08 9193 7423.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Extenuating circumstances requiring tour refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Amendments made to bookings with more than 6 hours&#39; notice are free of charge</li>

	<li>Red Sun Camels reserve the right to cancel or amend tours for reasons such as: severe weather, beach conditions and animal well-being</li>
