If you require a courtesy transfer from select locations in Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach, please enter your pick-up location at the time of booking.

Hervey Bay Departures: Tours depart daily from  54 Ariadne St, River Heads at 8:00am. After arriving at this location, a courtesy coach will provide transport to the ferry departure point, and you will arrive directly at Kingfisher Bay Resort and board a custom 4WD coach.

Rainbow Beach Departures: Tours depart daily from 36 Rainbow Beach Rd, Rainbow Beach, at 7:45am.

Children aged 12 months to 3 years are free of charge but you must supply your own child seat 

Children ages 4 years to 14 years are charged the child rate.

Please note, infants under 12 months old are not permitted on this tour.

Courtesy coach transfers are available from select locations in Hervey Bay and Rainbow Beach. Approximate pick-up and drop-off times are listed below, with specific times for each location to be confirmed at the time of booking.

Hervey Bay: Pick-up from 7am - 8am / Drop off from 5:30pm - 6pm.
Rainbow Beach: Pick-up from 7:30am - 8am / Drop off from 4:30pm - 5pm.

Rainbow Beach to Hervey Bay is approximately 1.5 hours drive when travelling on the mainland.

To ensure that guest pick-ups and drop-offs are seamless, it is imperative that you book a tour departing from the same location as your accommodation.

Eg. If your local accommodation is based in Hervey Bay, you can only book a tour departing Hervey Bay. If your accommodation is based in Rainbow Beach, please ensure you book a tour departing Rainbow Beach only.
