Anyone can ride on a jetboat, from 4yrs – 103yrs – The Operator does not have height restrictions. They also cater for many disabilities; read the accessibility statement for more details. 

It is very fun and very safe and has been voted by customers as the number 1 Jet Boat ride in Australia.  

If it’s raining, don’t worry; you will get wet anyway, it is a jet boat ride, after all! However, the Operator does advise that you bring a towel or a change of clothes and get ready for the best tour in Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast.

Nothing. Unfortunately, for two reasons, you are not permitted to take anything onboard.

1. You need to be holding on at all times
2. If someone drops something and it hits you in the head, that would be dangerous

There are storage boxes where you can store all your belongings that are locked and under CCTV while you are on your ride.

Transfers can be provided from the Aquaduck office located in Cavill Avenue.

Pick up time is 40 minutes prior to ride time from Aquaduck in Surfers Paradise. Please ensure you arrive 10mins prior to ensure you don't miss your pickup.

Pick up meeting Point: Aquaduck, Circle On Cavill Shopping Centre, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise.

The return transfer to Aquaduck Surfers Paradise departs 10 – 40 minutes after your jetboat ride.  

Alternatively, you can go straight to the departure point for the Jetboat tour at Pelican Beach, Waterways Dr, Main Beach.
