The supplier does their best to make sure every tour runs, keeping you well informed of the tour status and work with you to find a suitable arrangement if the tour is cancelled, like scheduling you on another suitable tour or a refund.

	The supplier will notify you either by email or SMS the day before the tour you have booked.

	The start time of the tour in the confirmation email will not be your pick up time. This pick up&nbsp;is when we will meet you at your nominated pick up address. Failure to be there at the time specified will either lead to us cancelling your booking with no refund, or a delayed pick up and a shortened tour with no refund. Please ensure you acknowledge receipt of the email or SMS as requested.

Free parking is available at&nbsp;687 Hermitage Rd, Pokolbin.

There is no dress code but please respect the establishments you are visiting and dress appropriately.

The supplier will store your wine for you safely in the bus and then return it to you when they drop you off at your accommodation. Most wineries will also ship your wine for you direct from their cellar door if you need to.

There is no set time. Some winery experiences take longer than others. The average is about 45 minutes - 1 hour&nbsp;at each winery.

Enjoyable afternoon that started earlier than advised pick-up time. First winery Two Fat Blokes , good wine and cheese matching, wines reasonable value. It’s a shame though that the guide couldn’t tell us anything about the newly finished Glamping tents. Second winery Tintella beautiful ambience,.. nice wine tasting experience. Third winery.. Blueberry Hill .. fabulous views inviting cellar door and host .. good wine tasting experience.

We had a lovely day in the Hunter Valley. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and so were all the vineyard staff. Plenty of wine was served and the cheese was amazing too!
