The Operator is committed to small group travel, so the maximum capacity of the touring vehicles is 24 seats. They also operate some smaller vehicles which accommodate 12 guests. All of the vehicles are fully air-conditioned & are fitted with complimentary onboard Wi-Fi.

As the tours are run in 12 to 24 seat Minibuses with no undercarriage storage bins, the Operator is not able to accommodate wheelchairs.

However, in some cases, exceptions can be made so it is best to contact them to enquire about the tour you want to do including the date you would like to do it.

Yes. Customers can enjoy a courtesy pick-up & drop-off service from selected inner city accommodations.

Please wait outside your organised meeting point 5 minutes prior to pick-up time. If you have been waiting for 10 minutes or more past your scheduled pick up time, please do call our reservations team on 9629 3364.

Please note pick-up times may vary slightly depending on traffic. Unfortunately, The Operator sometimes experiences delays during the pickup run due to Melbourne’s increasing traffic congestion.

Please note that departure times are seasonal and change due to daylight savings:
7 April - 5 October:  10:00am - 11:00am  
1 - 6 April & 6 October - 31 March: 11:00am - 12 noon

The tour returns seasonally between 9pm - midnight.
