Our Shellar Door is in oyster heartland, Mooney Mooney. We demonstrate the technique of shucking around the harvest table so you can enjoy oysters fresh from the shell at home.

Cruise the scenic waters of the Hawkesbury River to our saltwater paddocks. Take in the beauty of the Hawkesbury River and discover why this environment is ideal for growing oysters of all varieties and, in turn, how oysters give back to people and place.&nbsp; Your farm skipper shares the farming lifecycle from oyster spawning through to selection for seafood or pearl production.

Immerse yourself in the story of the Australian Pearl and discover the hidden gem of New South Wales - the Australian Akoya pearl.&nbsp; Your guide will share the secrets of pearl cultivation from seeding through to pearl harvest.

Step inside our secure Pearl Grading Room and experience the journey of a pearl from point of harvest through to preparation for jewellery production. You will be guided through the visible and invisible virtues of the Australian Pearl in this hands-on experience.
