	<li>Comfortable shoes: Over 2.5 hours, we will be walking 1.25 kms and standing for some of the time, as several of the food stops are take-away ones, so wear comfy shoes.</li>
	<li>Water bottle: We recommend a water bottle to wash down some of the food, and to keep yourself well hydrated.</li>
	<li>Spending money: We recommend bringing some cash or a credit card for when we stop for a drink break mid-tour.</li>
	<li>An almost empty belly: We provide enough food that you&#39;ll be quite full without being stuffed. On this particular tour, the food inclusions are 8 Thai snacks and desserts. Don&#39;t starve yourself, but we expect you&#39;ll be comfortably full by the end and might be able to skip your next meal - if not, your guide will give you lots of additional recommendations.</li>

This tour is wheelchair-friendly and accessible for guests with vision-impairments. We cover approximately 1 km but the route is flat, with no stairs or inclines. The total walking time is approximately 20 minutes, but with plenty of food stops along the way.

Vegetarians, vegans, guests with gluten-free diets and any other dietary requirements are more than welcome &ndash; just let us know in advance.

This tour is great for all ages, including children. Given the types of food sampled (including some spicy food), we recommend it for children aged 8 and above.
