Whilst ashore you are responsible for your own health and safety.
Child prices are from 5-14 years inclusive, infants travel free of charge will an adult.
We reserve the right to amend timetables and departure times, cancel departures, and alter ticket prices without prior notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, cruise routes and tour return times may alter from advertised however you will still be provided with the full commentary and full tour experience.
Beachcomber Cruises operates from the Picton Foreshore 364 days a year, the only day we are closed is Christmas Day 25th December.
Please follow and listen to all instructions from our staff both on land and at sea at all times and parents/caregivers ensure your children do the same.
If you have a medical condition that may affect your enjoyment or comfort of any of our transport or tours then please do advise staff prior to boarding.
You are responsible for meeting your pick up point at the scheduled time and place.
It is extremely important that you notify us if you will not be at your pick up point.
We do not refund the return part of a ticket if you choose not to use it and return to Picton an alternative way.

There is a strict luggage limit of 20kg per bag, if you have excess luggage please arrange for extra bags to be transported.
Mountain Bikes are transferred at a cost of $5 each way, it is your responsibility to provide padding or packing if you require it, we supply secure lashings and storage on our vessels.
All transfers between accommodations on the track are an additional cost to the return ticket purchased unless prior arrangements have been made with your travel agent or tour operator.
All transfers must be booked in the office and paid in full with a credit card prior to boarding.
Please ensure that your luggage is secure and waterproof, we do not transport items in plastic bin bags or supermarket shopping plastic bags. No shoes or items hanging on the outside, tents and sleeping mats must be transported separately if it does not fit in your bag.
There is an additional $5 per person fee if you wish to disembark at the Resolution Bay wharf as it is private property payable direct to the landowners, this fee is not included in our products.
There is a $10 one day or $18 multi-day pass that you must purchase when walking certain sections of the track - we do sell these in the booking office and not include that fee in any of our products. It is your responsibility to check if you need this pass prior to boarding.
Although we transport your luggage with the upmost care we do not take responsibility for bags being damaged - all luggage is transported at your own risk. Bags can be handled by other operators, other walkers at campsites or accommodation staff and in very rare occasions they may cause damage due to the bag being lifted or having another item stacked on top ect.
Cancelations and Refunds:
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the departure time incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Booking cancelled outside of this incurs a 10% cancellation fee.
If the weather is too extreme for us to sail and you cannot make an alternative sailing then we will provide you with a full refund in the method that you originally booked. We do not provide refunds due to the weather being unfavourable - ie raining. Or weather conditions changing on board. If you have concerns about the weather then please advise our reservations staff prior to boarding for an alternative option.
If you fail to show up for your booked departure no refund can be given.
Please note that this tour is not suitable for persons with mobility or walking issues as it requires persons to disembark from a ladder at the paua pearl farm location.
