Does this tour cater for people with a disability?

Wheelchair access: The boat, unfortunately, does not have ramp access. There are two steps up and a further four steps down. There is a handrail to the left side and a skipper and deckhand who will always offer to assist. Most wheelchairs can fit through the entrance. There is room at the rear to store walkers, wheelchairs & prams.

Disabled parking: There is disabled parking available in Adelaide City; find where by clicking HERE. 

Hearing Impaired. If you would like a transcript of the commentary for a booked tour please email The Operator and ask for hard copies to be ready for you on the day. 

The boat does not have toilets on board; however, there are public toilets located in Elder Park on Festival Drive, just under the Festival Centre.

The closest parking garage is Festival Car Park. There is also limited street parking along Victoria Drive.
