The tour paddles through the Dolphin Sanctuary, 30 minutes from Adelaide CBD, a beautiful area at one of Adelaide's "secret spots". The sheltered mangrove-lined creeks are home to a fascinating array of marine life, birds, and the Port River dolphins, making for an amazing adventure! Kayaking is the most environmentally sensitive way to explore and interact with the dolphins. The tour includes safe and stable kayaks, plus a safety briefing before departure. You'll launch the kayak from a ramp with a non-slipping mat, so you don't have to worry about getting wet!
Playing with Port River dolphins is a memory you will treasure forever! The tour is very easy paced with plenty of time for photos and storytelling by your guide. Paddling with dolphins has been voted one of the top four must do activities in Adelaide!
This tour follows COVID-19 regulations. The equipment is thoroughly cleaned after use. Kayaking is a great way to socially isolate while getting exercise at the same time! This tour is recommended for adults and children. We know the whole family will be eager to do this water activity again!
