The buses are not licensed for alcohol consumption on board, and these tours are not about drinking excessively. The purpose of the tour is to offer a fun and unique way to taste wine and visit select wineries.
The crew takes alcohol safety very seriously and follows a strict passenger code of conduct based on a legal duty of care for all passengers. Every passenger must read and sign this code of conduct before the tour begins.
If any guest breaks the code by becoming intoxicated, behaving disrespectfully, or acting unlawfully, the tour may be stopped, and the guest may be removed from the vehicle.
The Operator uses Toyota Coasters – a comfortable 21 seat bus equipped with air-conditioning and tinted windows.
The buses follow a strict timetable for a circuit. You can view and download the Info-Packs for your tour here, plus your booking will include a link to download it with your ticket confirmation email. There are also printed copies available on the bus.
Yes, children are welcome onboard. However, please carefully note the following important conditions:
- Baby Seats / Boosters – Guests are unable to bring or install baby seats or booster seats, as the buses do not have anchor points. The 20-seat vehicles are legally classified as omnibuses (buses with more than 13 seats). Similar to public transport buses or trams, children under the age of 5 must sit on a parent’s lap and travel at their own risk. The Operator does not accept legal liability for any child passenger under 16 years of age.
- Prams, Strollers & Luggage – There is no storage space available for large items such as prams or strollers. Due to health and safety regulations, the bus aisles are designated as Emergency Exits. Only umbrella prams or items that can fully fold and fit under the guest’s own seat may be taken onboard. Any other prams or large items cannot be accepted.
- Child Fares – Children aged 5 years and over are required to pay the full seat fare. Children under 5 years of age may travel free of charge only if they sit on their parent’s lap.
